ABOUT ME
I graduated from Phillips Graduate University with an M.A.in psychology and have recently completed two years of training through the Certified Integral Therapist program. I’ve been a meditation practitioner for twenty years and often lean on those ideas in my work. I fell in love with psychology and see it as an inquiry into what it is that puts a person at odds with their own experience and how that might be eased. I believe increased well being is possible for anyone.
My own journey has included a few careers before becoming a therapist, among them running a small office for five years and working as a writer. For the last decade or so I’ve explored a number of personal growth and healing practices and am familiar with the worlds of men’s groups, neurofeedback, breath work, yoga, brain entrainment, mindfulness, and authentic/conscious relating.
